Guidelines for aquaFEST 2025

1. The cut-off date for age eligibility of the participants is August 15, 2025.
2. Participants will be divided into 6 groups (7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-14 years, 15–16 years and 17–18 years) with girls and boys in separate groups.
3. The pool is 25m x 15m. The age groups 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12 years will compete in 25m and the age groups 13-14, 15–16 and 17–18 years will compete in 50m freestyle swimming.
4. The participants should be identified swimmers.
5. Refreshments will be extended to participants at the venue.
6. Registered participants can avail swimming practice at Sozzle in The Espee Global School on August 11 and August 12, 2025 from 4pm to 6pm.

For Registration

1. Fill the registration form with your details. You will get a registration number on the mobile number you provide and a confirmation on your email ID.
2. LAST DATE FOR REGISTRATION IS 13 AUGUST 2025.
3. NO ON SPOT Registration done.

Please Note:

1. Participants are required to wear proper swimming costumes and caps (mandatory).
2. They must carry their school ID cards and proof of Date of Birth (Aadhar card, birth certificate, or passport) and their Registration Number for reporting.
3. Reporting time is 3:00 pm sharp on August 15, 2025.
4. Reporting closes at 3:30 pm. Any delays may result in cancellation of the registration.
